There were a few people interested in sizes of the t-shirt design “Of the Earth” (bull design pictured below) so I printed my last batch of this design today on blue indigo and cranberry coloured shirts. So if you were holding off on purchasing this one, tomorrow might be your last chance to get it in your size. Looking forward to a jam packed day of selling tomorrow at the Market until noon, then the Crowd Control sound/art fair (see poster below) until 4:30pm at the Bus Stop Theatre. The Obey Convention will once again present a special celebration of DIY culture. Support local and traveling folks showing off their wares. Tons of tables of records, zines, posters, comics, art, t-shirts, etc.

I talked with a friend of mine, the talented Geordan Moore (www.whostolemybike.com) and we decided to give it a try. Yesterday was our first day there – thank you for making us feel so welcome! We were very well accepted and will try to attend again next week if space permits. Unfortunately we don’t know where we will be located but have a look around and try to find us!

I received a message today from a fellow Etsian letting me know they included me in their treasury. What I understand about these treasuries is that they are a list of items a user compiles that shares some sort of theme, colour scheme, etc. Thanks to fawnpotter I have been included in my first Etsy Treasury. Most of the art galleries, studios and associations are taking part and should be quite the night! I personally am looking forward to it and will have art in two locations! Briana from Union Studio in Dartmouth has offered to host a few on my paintings for the event and as well, I have a piece in the UAG Art Collective “Haunted Gallery” Show at the Rock Garden in Halifax. If you live in Dartmouth be sure to drop by Union Studio on your way to Halifax and see the wonderful work of Briana and Troy Scott.
